Eventually it broke down on the motorway, the engine still ran but it was rough and was way down on power. Recovering it to the garage they diagnosed it as the dreaded multiair actuator. 1. The gains for a remap on your model are 10-12%, the K & N is ok, I have one and it definitely makes a difference, in terms of BHP though it's minimal maybe 2-3 BHP but it revs more freely which is good. .
