I was able to take that measurement from the battery posts themselves and where the positive battery cable meets at the Starter relay switch. The 30 AMP fuse at the starter relay switch was intact and not corroded. The 750 ACE doesn't have that situation, positive battery voltage is supplied to both coils (see wiring diagram) and the timed -ve is supplied by the ICM box. There is some negative signal potential magic going on with the TCI (Honda ICM), but it doesn't behave like a CDI. Right. If your main fuse is okay, and you still have zero for power, then the first rule of applied electronics states "check the source."
