Use disable on the turrets will let you build your own in the platform, just save first in case you disable the wall by mistake. For beds and furniture like filling cabinets use setownership and for doors just scrap them unless you want one house to be locked and you have the only key. Use markfordelete instead. They are a threat to both the Institute and Railroad, so if you're with them, you kill Covenant. The Brotherhood would let them be (greater good and all that). The Minutemen would probably stop them.
